Kay Creations is based in Rhodes Island Greece, but we also love to work with destination weddings in the around Dodecanese Islands (such as Symi, Halki, Kastellorizo).
As most wedding dates usually book btw 12 to 6 months prior, your floral designer and rentals are some of the first vendors you choose. To save your date on your floral design we require a non- refundable deposit. The size and budget of the event determines bookings for rentals and other events, so we highly suggest booking your florals early in advance.
The size of your events and overall budget is what determines the cost of your wedding flowers, but for the majority of our clients it is btw 15-20% of the total wedding cost.
We absolutely can! Our florals are imported. Certain popular blooms can only be found seasonally but we will work our best to accommodate all requests. That said we are always happy to present you with alternatives should crops become unexpectedly non-available. Concerning rentals, we are always happy to source out those your events require.
Kay Creations offers the option of purchasing items or renting them. Rentals generally keep the cost down. If you wish to gift your centerpieces to the guests we will happily oblige. Any type of rentals, such as vases, glassware, decanters, trays etc rented should be returned in the same condition. For lost or damaged items a replacement fee is due. The florals & bouquets will be yours to keep should you choose so.
By all means! Each destination wedding comes with its own requirements. For destination weddings outside the island of Rhodes, we inform you of the extra travel costs & lodging in your collection, but we always work our best to be respectful of your budget.
We do offer one complimentary sample upon request for events whose budget is over E10K, while for events whose floral budget is below samples are charged full-price. Once the booking is confirmed and the deposit received we will work our best to create your sample, soon as the florals are available.
That is entirely up to you. However, our clients usually work with full-service wedding planner or wedding designer. A wedding planner will set all the details in motion and create a fuss-free process for your every event.
We do not, yet some popular summer and early fall dates may be reserved for larger weddings.
Right after your initial contact we will offer consultation which will help us understand your needs and event vision. We will send our offer and if you agree we proceed to the agreement and deposit. From then on we will be discussing the details during several contacts. Note that the final fees are due 4 weeks prior to your event date.
